Handcrafted & One-of-a-Kind Items

All of my products are handcrafted with care, including leather goods, jewelry, and accessories. Each piece is unique and made by hand.

While I may create replicas or similar versions of my original designs, no two pieces will ever be exactly the same. Variations in color, texture, shape, size, and finish are a natural part of handmade work and are not considered flaws, but rather part of what makes each item special.

By purchasing from my shop, you acknowledge and accept these natural variations.

Product Descriptions & Photos

I do my best to accurately represent each item through descriptions and photographs. However, due to:

  • natural material differences,

  • lighting,

  • screen and monitor settings,

the final product may vary slightly from what you see online.

Custom Orders & Commissions

I offer custom pet portraits and commissioned acrylic paintings.

Important notes regarding commissions:

  • Commissions are created in my personal artistic style.

  • Artistic interpretation is part of the creative process.

  • Minor adjustments may be discussed during the process if agreed upon in advance, but extensive revisions are not guaranteed.

  • Once a commission has begun, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

Completion timelines for commissions may vary depending on size, complexity, and current workload. Estimated timelines will be discussed before work begins.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of handmade and custom items:

  • All custom, commissioned, and personalized items are final sale.

  • Non-custom items may be eligible for exchange or store credit at my discretion if they arrive damaged or defective.

Please contact me within 48 hours of delivery if there is an issue with your order.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are available for purchase and may be used toward any product or commission.

Gift card terms:

  • Gift cards must be redeemed within 6 months of the purchase date.

  • Expired gift cards cannot be reactivated or refunded.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Care & Maintenance

Customers are responsible for properly caring for their purchased items. Care instructions may be provided, and failure to follow them may result in damage not covered by any replacement or repair.

Normal wear and tear over time is expected and not considered a defect.

Shipping & Responsibility

Once an order has been shipped, I am not responsible for:

  • shipping delays,

  • lost or stolen packages,

  • damage caused by carriers.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
